Meet Denise  – 

Owner & Creative Director

Born and raised on the outskirts of Beverly Hills in West Los Angeles, Denise Staley grew up immersed in a world where art, high fashion, and culture converged. The daughter of a prominent immigrant mother from Belize (formerly British Honduras), a well-respected Director of Nurses (DON) for high-profile celebrities and elite hospitals, and an American father with a successful career in aerospace, Denise had the unique privilege of experiencing the best of both worlds.

From a young age, she was surrounded by creative influences and inspiring individuals who unknowingly helped shape her future in wedding and event planning. Even before she officially entered the industry, Denise found herself naturally drawn to organizing, designing, and curating memorable events for friends and family.

Her professional journey began in 2009 when she earned her certification in Event Management, solidifying her passion and commitment to creating extraordinary experiences. However, it was her own wedding experience that deeply influenced her approach. Feeling the weight of familial expectations and the pressure of honoring her elders, Denise had little control over her wedding decisions—a situation she vowed to change for other brides.

Determined to empower couples to make their day truly their own, Denise transitioned into wedding planning with a mission to ensure that the bride and groom are always in the driver’s seat. She believes every couple deserves to celebrate their love their way, without compromising their vision or happiness.

Today, as the Owner, Creative Director, and Lead Designer of UR LUXE EVENTS, Denise blends her Luxe-honed planning expertise, keen eye for design, and infectious enthusiasm to craft romantic, elegant, and timeless events. Her signature style, rooted in client collaboration and dedication, transforms every event into a uniquely curated experience. For Denise, event planning is more than a career—it’s her passion, her purpose, and her promise to each couple she serves.

 With her knack for organization and love for detail, Sadie ensures that each part of your day flows smoothly. From coordinating with vendors to perfecting timelines, she’s the steady hand keeping everything on track—so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Sadie’s warm, adaptable nature makes her a true gem for our clients. She listens, she cares, and she’s a master at transforming even the tiniest details into unforgettable touches. Her goal? To make sure your big day reflects your unique story and personality, flawlessly.

We will be there to handle all of the details and execute the big day!
